The shipment of your package
Orders are shipped by specialized courier with tracking and delivery upon signature.
An email with the tracking number to track your shipment online will be provided.
Standard delivery time indicated except transit delay or delivery problems.
For Extra-Cee countries customs and FDA control not included in delivery time.
Shipping costs include packaging in polystyrene cellars and carton box for all shipments in Italy up to 24 bottles (for larger quantities, delivery with pallets), Cee and Extra-Cee.
Shipping costs amount depends on the total weight of the shipment.
We recommend to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
Further delivery services NOT INCLUDED.
In case of damage/breakage of the goods, insurance is included.
